Effective immediately, the graduation application process is now completed on-line for most business majors via a link in your "Student Center" in "MySacState". The following criteria must be met to be eligible to file your graduation application online:
Advisor Note: While it is recommended to meet with a business academic counselor prior to submitting your online graduation application, it is not required. Academic counselors will review each graduation application individually and will contact students with any special concerns.
The priority deadlines for filing the on-line graduation application are:
- April 1, 2012 for students applying for Fall 2012 graduation
- October 1, 2012 for students applying for Spring 2013 graduation
The university will accept online graduation applications after the priority deadline, BUT if you miss your deadline you may not get registration priority as a “Graduating Senior".
You will not be able to utilize the on-line graduation application if you are a 2nd bachelor's student.

Please note that the Fall 2012 paper application is still due by November 1, 2011. For Spring 2013 the paper application is still due by May 1, 2012. You may submit your graduation application after the deadline, but may miss receiving "Graduating Senior" status for your final semester's registration.
