MSA Faculty - Jordan Peters
Professor Peters attended the Ohio State University College of Law. Upon her graduation, she began a one-year federal judicial clerkship with the Honorable Edward Rafeedie, in the Central District of California (Los Angeles ). Following her clerkship, she worked for two international law firms practicing in the areas of Employment Law litigation and counseling. Professor Peters joined the faculty at California State University, Sacramento in Fall 2002. Professor Peters continues to practice law. She represents employers in Employment litigation matters in state and federal court and before state and federal agencies. In addition, Professor Peters provides counseling to her clients on a variety of Employment Law issues. She also regularly participates in seminars and training classes for employees and HR professionals.
