MBA Faculty - Peter Sharp
Dr. Peter Sharp teaches finance at California State University, Sacramento, California. His research interests include real expected returns on U.S. equity markets, real expected cost of capital for electric utilities, and agency costs and expected returns to equity. Recently, he has taught Business Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, and Financial Markets in the MBA program. He recently served as a Faculty Senator and Area Liaison for the Finance Area. He is a member of the Graduate Programs Committee. He has lectured in the United States, Bangladesh, Finland, Russia, and Mexico. Dr. Sharp received a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA and a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University.
