MBA Faculty - John LaRocco

Professor John B. LaRocco teaches law, labor relations, and negotiation at the College of Business Administration at California State University, Sacramento. He currently teaches MGMT 101, MBA 232, and MBA 234. At CSUS, Professor LaRocco has served on many important governance, pedagogical and personnel committees. Besides his academic endeavors, Professor LaRocco is a nationally known labor arbitrator and mediator. He has arbitrated and/or mediated over 3,000 labor-management disputes. Professor LaRocco is the author of articles on industrial relations and labor law topics. He is a member of many distinguished professional associations, including the National Academy of Arbitrators. In 1986, President Reagan appointed Professor LaRocco to serve on a Presidential Emergency Board. Professor LaRocco received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, and a Master of Laws from Georgetown University.
