MBA Faculty - Hamid Ahmadi

In my view, teaching is about helping students to discover and better understand the world they live in and to support their endeavors to gain access to the knowledge, skills and abilities that will enable them to succeed as individuals andto become contributing members of society.

The key operational elements of my teaching philosophy are:

        • Challenge students yet have realistic performance expectations.
        • Recognize the uniqueness of each student – helping each to leverage their individual strengths and recognize and improve upon their weaknesses.
        • Help students to define and strive for their personal levels of excellence.
        • Provide guidance to help students achieve their potential.
