Boniface Michael
Dr. Boniface Michael earned his PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He received his MBA from the FORE School of Management and his undergraduate degree in Economics from Delhi University, India.
His research focuses on the changing nature of values and the process for effecting value change in US corporations. He has co-authored a Harvard Business Case Study, a book chapter on research methods published by Yale University and presented his research at the annual conferences of the Labor and Employment Relations Association, Academy of Management, Society for Advancement of Socio Economics and the Canadian Industrial Relations Association.
Dr. Michael teaches courses in Organizational Theory, Organizaitonal Behavior, and Human Resource Management.
Prior to receiving his PhD, Dr. Michael worked as a senior human resources professional and entrepreneur in high tech, consumer durables, and the services industry.
