Mr. Jensen serves on a number of non-profit committees including the Investment Committee of St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Reno and the Finance Committee for the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas in Silver Springs, MD. He has also served as the president of the Auburn Symphony and has chaired fundraising drives for the Auburn Placer Performing Arts Center.

Mr. Jensen received his MBA from University of Oregon and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico. He is a practicing Certified Public Accountant and also teaches regularly at California State University, Sacramento and Golden Gate University.

Mr. Jensen is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Community 1st Bank in Roseville, California. Prior to this, Mr. Jensen served as the Director of Finance for the Sisters of Mercy, Auburn Regional Community.
