
Dr. Lindle G. Hatton Lindle is a native of Kentucky where he received his BS in Management and Strategy. While attending the University of Colorado he received his MPA in Financial Management. Later, returning to the University of Kentucky he completed his Doctoral studies in Strategic Management. He has published articles, monographs and papers in the Journal of Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice, Business Simulation Experiential Learning Journal, Journal of Business for Education, International Journal of Strategic and Organizational Leadership, and Academy of Business Administration. He serves as a consultant in the public, private and non-profit areas. He has worked with many organizations including United Pharmacies Network, Inc. (UPNI), PRIDE Industries, Eskaton, Hewlett Packard, Zytec, California Builders Supply, Cal Fresh Produce, Carbon Tech, Mercury Marine (Brunswick), Homedco, Cable Vision, General Electric, Ramset, Prime Fiber of Wisconsin, AAL, State Government of Kentucky (Cabinet of Human Resources), City Council of Appleton, WI., and many other public and private clients. He has consulted for the California State Teacher Retirement System, POST Commission, POST Middle Management, Disaster Assistance Division in the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (OES), Department of Consumer Affairs – California Board of Pharmacy, Board of Behavioral Sciences, CalTrans, California Gambling Control Commission, California Department of Aging, Faculty Association of California Community Colleges, California Post-Secondary Education Commission (CPEC), Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District, Placer County Executive Office, and other departments in the state of California. He has conducted management training and consulting for the Department of Personnel Administration (DPA) at the State Training Center of California over the past 15 years. In the private sector he has conducted leadership training for several Sacramento organizations to develop the next generation of leaders. These organizations include Aerojet, Raley’s, Blue Shield, SMUD, and others. Other consulting experience includes training seminars for Taiwan Middle Managers in the Transportation Industry, strategic management for Thailand State Leaders, and the China National Coal Export Import Corporation. During the summers of 1995 and 1996 he conducted management seminars in the country of Latvia for the National Development Institute. During 1998, he was a visiting professor in Strategic Management at the University of Waikato in New Zealand. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy and has been active since 1993. He is a community leader in recreational soccer and basketball in Roseville since 1993. He is married and has 5 boys. He loves sports, particularly basketball, and is very active. |
