Throughout his 25 years in management, Jerry Estenson served as chief administrative and operations officer of a public agency and CEO of two private corporations, and has consulted extensively in the United States, Russia and Asia for public and private client organizations.

Estenson, a Management professor in the College of Business Administration at CSUS, holds a master's degree from Portland State University, Oregon and master's and doctorate degrees in public administration from the University of Southern California.
