International Trips

These special tours will "expose participants to the global business environment, so that they can see first-hand how fast-growing economies in developing countries provide opportunities for American businesses." The idea for a study tour grew from an EMBA reading assignment. Thomas L. Friedman’s book The World Is Flat impressed students with its granular analysis of interpersonal interaction in other cultures, and led to interest in organizing a delegation to emerging markets around the world. Previous EMBA classes have visited China, Singapore, Dubai, India, and Istanbul.
